Working with clients in London, or at Healthy Balance or sometimes at my home in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, my practice has developed by recommendation, word of mouth and through my work with Linden Learning. I have been invited to join the Guildhall School of Music and Drama’s Coaching Faculty initiative, the first Conservatoire to have such a facility. Supervision and ongoing self-assessment play a major role in ensuring I continue to stretch myself and to be self-reflective for the benefit of my clients.
Appreciating diversity in all its forms, and the importance of Equal Opportunities, I adhere to the principles of coaching established by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council’s and Association of Coaching’s Global Code of Ethics and Diversity Statement.

What people say
Amanda is an experienced, well-qualified, empathetic coach, whom I can’t recommend more highly.” Professor of Medicine
I have done it!… just been appointed to a Headteacher role. It was possibly the most gruelling two days of interview I have ever undergone and my work with you enabled me to respond with confidence and understanding to all their questions and manage the whole process calmly. I have also managed my current school well – my head and senior leadership team have been so supportive and positive, and my head identified my coaching as the time when I turned into a headteacher! I cannot thank you enough for your help and will be in touch when I have settled into my new role.” Deputy Headteacher
